Chontelle Summer Solstice

"Cooper"

Sire:  Sh Ch, Int Sh Ch, Ned Ch, Lux Ch Jordi Van De Stommeerpolder From Cicada

Dam:  Ch Brockchime Snowdrop Of Chontelle JW

Born: 19/06/2014

Our first home-bred Munsterlander........................ we were delighted with the quality of Freia and Jordi's litter, they were all very alike , which made it difficult to pick, but this little boy just had that extra special something about him, so Flash became Cooper.

We are very pleased with our first year out with Cooper.  Due to personal circumstances, Cooper was lightly shown as a puppy, he was awarded 3 Best Puppy's,  and was shortlisted in a group, and 2 Res Best of Breeds, all at open show level.

"  This 6 month old puppy stole my heart, in a class full of puppies who were

all full of quality. Super puppy who I am sure , has a bright future  ahead

Lovely elongated head, with dark medium shaped eyes giving an  intelligent

expression.  Ears set high, which he uses well to frame his head.  Strong  neck

leading to well placed shoulders.  Wide, deep chest with elbows fitted closely.

Well sprung ribs leading well back into a short loin.  Well turned stifle, with

well let down hocks.  Moved out with the correct long striding action and ever

so sound for a baby. Best Puppy "

At Manchester Ch show Cooper won Puppy Dog and was awarded Best Puppy, enabling him to join his Mum at Cruft's 2015, where he then won Puppy Dog class and his Mum Freia was awarded the Reserve Bitch CC.

Out of the 7 Ch shows Cooper attended as a Junior, he was awarded 1st at 5 of them, including Driffield, where he then went on and got the Reserve Dog CC.  Freia was awarded the Bitch CC, a very memorable day !

Cooper passed his Natural Aptitude Test at just 9 months old.

He has inherited his Mother's love of the water, and would spend hours in the lakes or rivers if he could and is a natural hunter, he enjoys working and going out on the occassional rough shoot, his training is ............... a work in progress !!!!

Cooper is very much a fun loving boy and one of the most affectionate, loving dogs we have had.  He is a lovely dog to live with.
